Student Activities

The life of Marine Cadets if being nourished in well furnished spacious hostels. The Cadets are well trained in discipline and them work through various activities like Parade, Sports, Gardening, Yoga, Voluntary services etc under the guidance of well trained Ex Indian Navy Warden cum instructors.

To inculcate human values and professional ethics along with academics, extra circular activities is the basic principle of holistic education. The precious human values like Team Work, Social Responsibility, innovativeness, cultural involvements, etc. are development through finely planed and uniformly scattered extracurricular activates throughout the years as well as throughout different hours of the day.

Events like “Technical Convergence “ and Innovative idea Project Competition not only the creativity of Marine Cadet’s brain but also puts the kinesthetic of body together with the mind.
Our Marine Cadets are among the few chosen ones.

Cadets from the department were selected Among best 100 meritorious students across the country to witness the Republic Day parade along with Hon. Prime Minister of India and Hon. President of America at Delhi on Republic day in the year 2015.Furthermore cadets tech in rural area to spread the literacy rate and they learn making boat models to participate in Boat Race.

Participation in Photography, Nature’s club, Dance- Drama, Various sports tournaments and winning medals is becoming of the institutes. Incidentally the Marine Department is the one whose cadets donate maximum Blood Donation Camp.
Soft skills like Personality development Spoken English are also taken care by professional assistance of IL&FS Skill group.
