Hostel Facility

The campus consists of Several well built hostel blocks,both for girls and boys with capacity of 3000 students. Each hostel consists of a separate mess, administrative office, warden quarter. In addition to well furnished rooms, the hostel is complete with facilities like free hi speed Wi-Fi connection, gymnasium, medical center and other amenities for shopping, sports, recreation and entertainment. A shopping complex, consisting of about 20 shops, is constructed in the vicinity of the hostel blocks and caters to the daily needs of the students like groceries, stationery, laundry and grooming.

  • Sports and Recreational Activities : Students can use GYM and Sports activities like, Volley Ball, Cricket, Foot Ball, Swimming, etc. at Vikram Nail Sports Complex. Professional Coach are available for all the activities. 
  • Laundry Service : Laundry service is available at Campus shopping Centre on the payment basis. 
  • Stationery Store and Groceries : Stationary store is available at the campus shopping campus center. Groceries store is not available on the campus.
  • The following arrangements have been made to ensure the security of the inmates of the hostels:
    • Security check at the main gate of each Hostel.
    • Individual security guard at each hostel building.
    • Lady Warden at girl’s hostels.

Note : 

  1. * Applicable only for students having projects in the last semester.
  2. For AC Room Accommodation, the individual student has to bear an Electricity bill as actual on a monthly basis.
  3. The existing Hosteller student who passed out from one program (i.e. Diploma/UG) and got admission in another program (UG/PG) will be considered a new admission.
  4. The above fees will apply to any new admission at the Institute of University only except the Department of Maritime Studies & International Student's Hostel.

FAQ

Ans. Yes, for boys and girls, we have separate hostel in the campus.

Ans. Yes, we have AC room for boys and Girls. Even we have Executive Girls hostel Also.

Ans. Furniture is the same in AC and Non-AC room but We fix AC in the room.

Ans. Most of the rooms have triple occupancy but some of the rooms are four occupancy and two occupancy also. It is in both, AC and Non-AC.

Ans. We provide bed, Chair, study table, Book rack and wardrobe.

Ans. 15 feet X 12 feet, (Apporximently)

Ans. If students make any damage in the room or hostel premises, the cost of damage of property will be deducted from the deposit.

Ans. Laundry shop is available at the shopping center.

Ans. Students should bring mattress, bed sheet, pillow, blanket, towel, Bath kit, bucket, tumbler, three locks, mosquito killer, laundry basket, cloth hanger, etc.

Ans. Yes, we have residence doctor on the campus. For critical emergency Ambulance is also available.

Ans. Yes, we cut the amount as guest charge for the day you stay and remaining amount we return in your account.

Ans. Hot water is available after Diwali to till 15th March.

Ans. We provide Narmada river drinking water in the hostel with purification.
