Formal Directives & Legal Notice

The University hereby calls upon all individuals, entities, social media users, content creators, publishers and other concerned parties to:

• Immediately cease and desist from publishing, circulating, forwarding, reproducing or otherwise disseminating false, misleading, malicious or defamatory statements concerning the University or its officers.
• Remove or delete the impugned content from all social media platforms, websites, messaging applications and other digital communication channels under their control.
• Refrain from republishing or recirculating such content, whether in its original form or through edited videos, screenshots, fabricated documents, misleading captions or other derivative material.
• Exercise due diligence and verify the authenticity of information before publishing or sharing any statements concerning the University or its activities.
